Opening Hours

If a client knows that they are going to be late for an appointment they should contact THE BEAUTY BOX and inform the therapist. Arriving later than 15 minutes to the scheduled appointment time may result in the appointment being treated as cancellation without notice. Appointments may be cancelled without charge providing the client gives 24 hours notice. In the event of cancellation without notice a 50%-100% charge of the treatments booked will be requested out of common courtesy.
